RESOLUTION NO. 6095-86 sY:Brown, Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to change the date of the regular meeting of <br /> Council scheduled for December 1, 1986, to November 24, 1986. <br /> WHEREAS, it has become apparent that a quorum of members <br /> will not be able to be present at the meeting of Council scheduled fox <br /> Monday, December 1, 1986, and <br /> WHEREAS, rather than to cancel said meeting, this Council <br /> <br /> 1 desires to convene for business on another date when a quorum will be <br /> able to be present to conduct City business, to wit, November 24, <br /> 1986, and <br /> WHEREAS, Council may, by a two-thirds vote of the members <br /> elected thereto, suspend the operation of any rule as to any meeting <br /> and establish meeting dates by ordinance and/or resolution; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO, TWO-THIRDS OF ALL MEMBERS ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Article III, <br /> Section 4 of the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood, and Section <br /> 121.PJ2 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, the regular <br /> meeting of this Council scheduled to be held December 1, 1986, shall <br /> be and the same is hereby changed to Monday, November 24, 1986, at <br /> 7:30 p.m. <br /> Section 2.
