That Council hereby appoints Patrick Carroll as <br /> a member of the City Planning Commission for the full six year term <br /> beginning January 1, 1987, and ending December 31, 1992, in accordance <br /> with Article XV, Section 1 of the Amended Charter of the City of <br /> Lakewood. <br /> Section 2.
