r <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 614g-87 By; Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Graham, P1cBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION extending sincere appreciation to Brian <br /> <br /> Grospitch, for his reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of the <br /> United States of America at the Lakewood City Council Meeting held May <br /> 18, 1987. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has formally expressed its <br /> intent to participate in the Bicentennial Celebration of the Northwest <br /> Ordinance and the United States Constitution, and <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of that participation, at each regularly <br /> scheduled meeting of this Council for the balance of the year 1987 a <br /> <br /> member of the Lakewood community is invited to read aloud the Preamble <br /> to the Constitution of the United States of America, and <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Grospitch, a student at St. Cyril & <br /> Methodius School, graciously accepted Council's invitation to read <br /> aloud the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States at the <br /> Council Meetinq held May 18, 1987, for which Council wishes to express <br /> its appreciation; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Brian Grospitch, <br /> its sincere appreciation and thanks, and that of all of the citizens <br /> of the Lakewood community, for his reading aloud the Preamble to the <br /> Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City <br /> Council meeting held May 18, 1987. <br /> Section 2.
