Monson to serve <br /> as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association <br /> for the partial initial five year term ending December 31, 199H. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OE OHIO: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph <br /> (j)(ii)(2) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br /> (Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the <br /> City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby nominates <br /> John D. Monson to serve as a member of the <br /> Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the partial <br /> initial five year term ending December 31, 199m. <br /> Section 2.
