RESOLUTION N0. 6158-87 BY: Chinnockr Gallagher, Graham, <br /> McBride, Salmon, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION extending sincere appreciation to Kenneth Berg, <br /> for his reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of the United <br /> States of America at the Lakewood City Council Meeting held June 15, <br /> 1987. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has formally expressed its <br /> intent to participate in the Bicentennial Celebration of the Northwest <br /> Ordinance and the United States Constitution, and <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of that participation, at each regularly <br /> scheduled meeting of this Council for the balance of the year 1987 a <br /> member of the Lakewood community is invited to read aloud the Preamble <br /> to the Constitution of the United States of America, and <br /> WHEREAS, Kenneth Berg, a 1987 Lakewood High School graduate, <br /> graciously accepted Council's invitation to read aloud the Preamble to <br /> the Constitution of the United States at the Council Meeting held June <br /> 15, 1987, for which Council wishes to express its appreciation; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Kenneth Berg, its <br /> sincere appreciation and thanks, and that of all of the citizens of <br /> the Lakewood community, fox his reading aloud the Preamble to the <br /> Constitution of the United States of America at the Lakewood City <br /> Council meeting held June 15, 1987. <br /> Section 2.
