<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 622788 BY: Browny Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Florence C. Gorski for her public <br /> service as an employee in the Department of Personnel in the City of <br /> Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon her retirement effective December 18, 1987, <br /> Florence C. Gorski completed five years, four months of public <br /> service as Microfilm Clerk in the Department of Personnel of the City <br /> of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the City, Mrs. Gorski was <br /> recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding <br /> service not only to the Department of Personnel, but to the entire <br /> community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service <br /> rendered by Florence C. Gorski be given public cognizance and <br /> recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE !T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood <br /> extends to Florence C. Gorski its appreciation and that of all of the <br /> citizens of this community for her five years, four months of public <br /> service as Microfilm Glerk in the Department of Personnel of the City <br /> of Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes her continued years <br /> of health, happiness and prosperity in her retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this <br /> Resolution to Mrs. Florence C. Gorski, 1063 Wilbert Avenue, Lakewood, <br /> Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the <br /> minutes of this meeting. <br /> Adopted: .
