Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John Patrick Gallagher for his <br /> service as President of Lakewood City Council. <br /> WHEREAS, Councilman John Patrick Gallagher was elected <br /> President of Lakewood City Council on January 6, 1986, and served in <br /> such capacity until his successor was seated on January 4, 1988, and <br /> WHEREAS, during his term as President, Councilman Gallagher <br /> was recognized by his fellow councilmen as well as the residents of <br /> this community, as a conscientious, hard working President of Council <br /> who provided Council with strongieffective and respected leadership, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the outstanding <br /> leadership rendered by Council President John Patrick Gallagher be <br /> given appropriate cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. This Council commends Councilman John Patrick <br /> Gallagher for his dedicated service to Lakewood City Council as its <br /> President and for the strong and effective leadership he provided <br /> Council during the years of 1986 and 1987, and extends to him its best <br /> wishes and that of all of the citizens of this community for good <br /> health, happiness and prosperity in the years ahead. <br /> Section 2.
