<br /> RESOLUTION No. 6244-88 BY:Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, Wendling <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Rita A. Constantino for her public <br /> service as Deputy Registrar in the Division Public Health, Department <br /> of Public Safety of the City of Lakewood. <br /> WHEREAS, upon her retirement January 15, 1988, Rita A. <br /> Constantino completed over twelve years, nine and one-half months of <br /> public service first as Clerk Typist in the Division of Water, <br /> Department of Public Works and, since March 14, 1983, as Deputy <br /> Registrar in the Division of Public Health, Department of Public <br /> Safety of the City of Lakewood, and <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure with the City, Mrs. Constantino <br /> was recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered <br /> outstanding service not only to the Departments of Public Works and <br /> Public Safety, but to the entire community as well, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service <br /> rendered by Rita A. Constantino be given public cognizance and <br /> recognition; now, therefore, <br /> BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br /> OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood extends <br /> to Rita A. Constantino its appreciation and that of all of the <br /> citizens of this community for her more than twelve years, nine and <br /> one-half months of public service as a Clerk Typist in the Division of <br /> Watery Department of Public Works and as Deputy Registrar in the <br /> Division of Public Health, Department of Public Safety of the City of <br /> Lakewood, and further that this Council wishes her continued years of <br /> health, happiness and prosperity in her retirement. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution <br /> to Rita A.
