RESOLUTION N0. 6283-88 BY: Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, WendUing <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the year 1989, and authorizing the filing of same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br /> of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing <br /> and filing a Budget for the year 1989; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br /> Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed. <br /> and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br /> municipality for the year 1989, be and the same is hereby approved <br /> and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the <br /> Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of <br /> Ohio. <br /> Section 2.
