<br /> RESOLUTION N0. 6301-88 By; Brown, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate Paul Leaf and John Uchaker for <br /> achieving the great honor of becoming Eagle Scouts. <br /> WHEREAS, Paul Leaf and John Uchaker achieved this great <br /> honor, a position which is reached by only about one out of a thousand <br /> boy scouts, through St. James Church Boy Scout Troop No. 287, and <br /> WHEREAS, during their tenure in Boy Scout Troop No. 287, <br /> Paul Leaf and John Uchaker have been recognized as conscientious and <br /> respected Scouts who have been outstanding representatives of the <br /> young people of the City of Lakewood through their leadership and <br /> community service, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the outstanding <br /> achievements of Paul Leaf and John Uchaker in becoming Eagle Soouts be <br /> acknowledged and recognized; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Paul Leaf and John <br /> Uchaker its congratulations and that of all of the citizens of this <br /> community in achieving the honor of becoming Eagle Scouts. <br /> Section 2.
