RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6425-89 <br /> <br />BV. 5~own, Chinnock, Gallagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Finance to pay the <br />cost of memberships of municipal employees and/or Departments and <br />Divisions in certain associations for the year 1990, and declaring <br />such memberships to be in the public interest. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />designed <br />exchange <br />and <br /> <br />memberships of municipal employees in organizations are <br />to enhance the operation of municipal departments by the <br />of ideas, information and experience to the public benefit, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health <br />and safety, and for the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
