Smith, as a member of the <br />Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full two-year <br />term ending December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph <br />(j)(ii)(1) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />(Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the <br />City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby appoints Pamela J. Smith, who <br />is a member of the minority political party of Council, as a member of <br />the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association fo rthe full two- <br />year term ending December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />in <br />the eariest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: ~/~ /~ /~ <br /> <br /> Section 2.
