RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6452-90 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Galagher, Gazzana, <br /> George., Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A ....... m~ON to commend Edward M. Graham for his public <br />service as Council President of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Edward <br />President of Council by <br />January of 1988, and <br /> <br />M. Graham was elected to the office of <br />his peers on City Council commencing in <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Graham most ably and with unique distinction <br />served this Council and our community as President of Council for the <br />years of 1988 and 1989, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the leadership of Edward M. Graham in the position <br />of President of Council contributed significantly to the functioning <br />of Council and the betterment of our entire community, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />public service be <br />therefore, <br /> <br />it is proper that such outstanding leadership and <br />given public cognizance and recognition; now, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council extends to Edward M. Graham <br />its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for <br />his distinguished public service as President of City Council and <br />further that this Council wishes him continued success in the years <br />ahead. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution <br /> <br />to Councilman Edward M.
