Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint Kathleen Eckles as a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the <br />unexpired term ending December 31, 1994. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph <br />(j)(ii)(~) of the Lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />(Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the <br />City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby appoints Kathleen Eckles <br />as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association <br />for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1994. <br /> <br />in <br />the eariest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor <br /> <br />That this resolution shall take effect and be <br /> at <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
