RESOLUTION NO. 6522-90 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, George, Graham, Smith A RESOLUTION to nominate John D. Monson, as a member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full five year term ending December 31, 1995. WHEREAS, Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph (j)(ii)(2) of the Charter of the Lease by and between the City of Lakewood and the Lakewood Hospital Association executed March 10, 1987, provides for appointment of certain members of the Governing Board of the Lakewood Hospital Association, and WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3(j)(ii)(2) of the Lease betweem the City of Lakewood, Ohio, and Lakewood Hospital Association concerning Lakewood Hospital executed March 10, 1987, Council hereby appoints as a John D. Monson, member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full five year term ending December 31, 1995. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees. that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the Approved:
