RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6602-91 <br /> <br />BY: Bose/a, Ga~lagher, <br /> Gazzana, George, Graham, <br /> Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Steven J. <br />Presley as Acting Director of Finance. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The temporary appointment by the Mayor of <br />the City of Lakewood, Ohio ("City") of Steven J. Presley, <br />Assistant Director of Finance, as Acting Director of Finance is <br />hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and he shall perform all <br />the duties and have all the powers of the office of the Director <br />of Finance in the absence of the Director of Finance. <br /> <br />of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption <br />of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any <br />action, were in <br />with all legal <br /> <br /> shall b~~ve <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br /> Section 3.
