RESOLUTION NO. 6622-91 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana, <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Lloyd Heinbaugh for his public <br /> service as a volunteer Mediator for the City's Law Department. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since the Mediation Program's inception in <br />1989, Lloyd Heinbaugh has served as a volunteer Mediator for the <br />City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Heinbaugh has demonstrated his ability to <br />listen and remain impartial and fair in assisting individuals in <br />the settlement of their disagreements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lloyd Heinbaugh freely gave of his time and <br />talents to assist the City's Law Department in implementing this <br />program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the MediatiOn Program <br />Mr. Heinbaugh constantly used the skills and expertise gained <br />through training to assist individuals in reaching a mutually <br />agreed upon solution to their disputes in a neutral and formal <br />setting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Lloyd Heinbaugh be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; .now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the City of Lakewood extend to Lloyd <br />Heinbaugh its appreciation, and that of all the citizens of this <br />community, for his public service as a volunteer Mediator in the <br />Law Department of the City of Lakewood, and wish him continued <br />years of health, happiness and prosperity. <br /> <br /> Section <br />authorized <br />Resolution <br />Department, <br />~a copy of <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> 2.
