P~EASE SUBSTITUTE FOR RESOLUTION NO. 662S'91 <br />PLACED ON 1ST READING & REFERRED TO FIN CMTEg/s/D <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6625-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana., <br /> George, Graham, Roth, 'Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio, for' the year 1992, and'authorizing the filing of same' <br />with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to. provide for the usual dai.ly operation <br />of a municipal department arising from the neces, sity of preparing and <br />filing a Budget for the year 1992; ~now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE.OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Acting Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money <br />needed and the necessary.expenditures in the various departments of <br />the municipality for the year 1992, be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Clerkis hereby~ordered and directed to file same <br />with the Auditor~of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the <br />State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2.
