RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6651-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzan~ <br /> 'George, Graham, Roth, Smil <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend William Starosta for his public <br />service as a member of the Department of Public Works in the <br />City of Lakewood. ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective August 23, 1991 <br />Bill has completed more than 30 years of public service with the <br />Division of Refuse; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bill has served the City in a variety of <br />capacities including vehicle maintenance mechanics and in <br />1978 he became foreman of the Tree Care Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Public <br />Works Department, Bill has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Bill Starosta be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to William Starosta its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 30 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works, <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
