RESOLUTION NO~ 6653-91~ <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazza~ <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend David Osiek for his public <br />service as a member of the Department of Public Works in the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, 'effective August 23, <br />1991, David has completed more than 23 years of public service <br />with the Division of Refuse; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David has served the City in a variety of <br />capacities from laborer to route· driver in the Refuse Division; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood <br />Public Works Department, David has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by David Osiek be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend, to David Osiek~'~its commendation, and that of' all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 23 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement.. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
