RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6655-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzana <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smit <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Milan Stankovich for his public <br />service as a member of the Department of Public Works in the City <br />of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective August 30, <br />1991, Milan has completed more than 37 years of public service <br />with the Department of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Milan has served the City in the Division <br />of streets becoming- Assistant Superintendent in 1978, <br />transferring to.the Division of Refuse in 1984 where he served <br />as Foreman; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood <br />Public Works Department, Milan has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is .fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by Milan Stankovich be given public cognizance <br />and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That ' this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to Milan Stankovich its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 37.years.of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him.continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
