RESOLUTION NO. 6657-91 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, Gazzan~ <br /> George, Graham, Roth, Smi' <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend David Lavelle <br />service as a member of the Department of Public <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />for his public <br />Works, in the <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective /May 27, 1991 <br />David has completed more than 15 years of public service with the <br />Division of Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David has served the City as a bricklayer <br />in the Division of Streets and was the lead bricklayer on many <br />city projects and construction jobs, and David also trained many <br />of our current employees in this skill; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Lakewood Public <br />Works Department, David has been recognized as a loyal and <br />dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service, not only to <br />the Department of Public Works, but to the entire community as <br />well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public <br />service rendered by David Lavelle be given public cognizance and <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby <br />extend to David Lavelle its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood Community for his more than 15 years of <br />public service as an employee in the Department of Public Works, <br />of the City of Lakewood, and further that this Council and Mayor <br />wish him continued years of health, happiness and prosperity in <br />his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
