RESULUTION NO. 6766-92 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works <br />to sell, through a public auction, various obsolete and non-functioning City <br />vehicles and/or equipment. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell this obsolete <br />anU non-functioning equipment to make better use of the space it occupies and <br />to realize a profit from the sale, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF UHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sell, through a public auction, to be held on or <br />about October 24, 1992, various obsolete anU non-functioning City vehicles <br />and/or equipment after advertising according to law. List of items to be <br />auctioned attached hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to the public in compl'i~knce with all legal <br />requirements. -, <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
