RESOLUTION NO . 6806 - 93 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION extending deep gratitude to Dr. William <br />Pudvan for his speedy and unselfish donation of his time and <br />medical expertise at a time when the City was in great need. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dr. William Pudvan stepped into the position <br />of Acting Health Commissioner with all great speed and graciously <br />served the City of Lakewood for an interim period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, through his impressive demonstration of true <br />civic-mindedness he has proven deserving of the City's most <br />sincere thanks and best wishes; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor hereby <br />extend to Dr. William Pudvan its commendation, and that of all <br />the citizens of the Lakewood for his service to the community. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />hereby authorized and directed to fOrward a certified copy of <br />this Resolution to Dr. William Pudvan, 1100 Forest Road, <br />Lakewood, OH 44107, and that a be spread <br />upon the minutes of the meeting. <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
