RESOLUTION NO. 6822-93 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to approve an amendment to the City's sublease with the Community Development Corporation of Lakewood to extend the term of a sublease and decrease the City's annual rent for office space and parking in the Fedor Manor. , WHEREAS, the Community Development Corporation of Lakewood and the City have negotiated changes in a sublease for office space and parking .at Fedor Manor to extend the term of the sublease and reduce the annual rent, and WHEREAS, this amendment to the sublease is mutually agreeable to the Department of Human Services and the Community Development Corporation, and BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Mayor on behalf of the City of Lakewood be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement to amend the sublease agreement with the Community Development Corporation of Lakewood, said amendment attached hereto as Exhibit "A", to extend the term and reduce the annual rent for office space and parking for a city department. Section 2. That, pursuant to the conditions of the aforementioned Amendment, Council hereby formally approves the Amendment to the sublease agreement between the City and the Community Development Corporation of Lakewood. Section 3.
