RESOLUTION NO. 6830-93 BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith A RESOLUTION approving an agreement between Lakewood Senior citizens, Inc. and the City of Lakewood to assign a full-time City employee to act as service coordinator fOr the Westerly I & II senior buildings. WHEREAS, Lakewood Senior citizens, Inc. (L.S.C., Inc.) provides a unique and valuable service to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood through its Westerly I & II facility; and, WHEREAS, the position of Service Coordinator at this facility is necessary for the continued efficient operation of these facilities; and, WHEREAS, the City desires to provide a Licensed social Worker to act as Service Coordinator in order to assure the continued, efficient availability of services to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood; and, WHEREAS, L.S.C., Inc. agrees to reimburse the City for all cost associated with this position; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That this Council hereby approves the attached agreement between Lakewood Senior citizens, Inc. and the City of Lakewood whereby the City agrees to provide a full-time Licensed social Worker to act as Service 'Coordinator at the Westerly I & II senior building with costs to the City to be reimbursed by Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this_C~nd Counc: that all such deliberations of this~c~~s ~~~E~Y ~e~g~s committees that resulted in such formal open to the public in compliance with ~ ~I~a~X~ui~eme~ts~/ Adopted: ~ ~/ t~ Clerk Approved Mayor
