RESOLUTION NO. 6833-93 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George <br /> Gibbons, Seelie <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the city enter into a con- <br />tract with F. Buddie Construction Co. in the amount of $147,402.00 <br />for the construction of Lakewood City Center Park. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1-91, sealed bids were <br />received by the City of Lakewood for the construction of Lakewood <br />City Center Park, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, six bids were submitted ranging from $249,093 to <br />$147,402, all for less than the engineers estimate of $270,000, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement officer recommended and the Board <br />of Control approved the bid of F. Buddie Construction Co. in the <br />amount of $147,402 as the lowest and best bid on April 5, 1993; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council approves the actions of the Board <br />of Control and recommends that the Director of Public Works enter <br />into a contract with F. Buddie Construction Co. in the amount of <br />$147,402 for the construction of Lakewood city Center Park. <br /> <br />public in compliance with all legal re( <br /> <br /> Section 3.
