RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6836-93 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a change <br />order contract with F.P. Allega Construction Co. in the amount of <br />$137,120 85 for the resurfacing of Lark Avenue. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 29-92, sealed bids were <br />received by the City of Lakewood for the Federally Funded Streets <br />Resurfacing Project, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a contract was entered into with F.P. Allega <br />Construction Co. which included.~ an alternate bid for the resurfacing <br />of Lark Avenue in the amount of $137,120.85, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board <br />of Control approved the alternate bid of F. P. Allega Construction <br />Co. in the amount of $137,120.85 on April 12, 1993; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council approves the actions of the Board <br />of Control and recommends that the Director of Public Works enter <br />into a change order contract with F. P. Allega Construction Co. in <br />the amount of $137,120.85 for the resurfacing of Lark Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal <br />actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of <br />this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its commit- <br />tees that resulted in such formal action were in meet'~~p~ to the <br />public in compliance with all legalreq ' <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved <br /> <br />CLERK <br /> <br />MAyoR <br /> <br /> <br />
