RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6841-93 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, George, Gibbons, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Public Works <br />to sell, through a public auction, various obsolete and non-functioning City <br />vehicles and/or equipment. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell this obsolete <br />and non-functioning equipment to make better use of the space it occupies and <br />to realize a profit from the sale, now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to sell, through a public auction, to be held on or <br />about June 5, 1993, various obsolete and non-functioning City vehicles and/or <br />equipment after advertisin9 accordin9 to law. List of items to be auctioned <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
