Placed on 1st Reading <br />Referred to Finance <br />Committee 9/7/93. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6868-93 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Gallagher, <br />George, Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the Budget of the City of Lakewood, <br />State of Ohio for the year 1994, and authorizing~the filing of same <br />with the Auditor of Cuyaho§a County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department arising from the necessity of preparing and <br />filing a Budget for the year 1994, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director of <br />Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money needed <br />and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of the <br />municipality for the year 1994, be and the same is hereby approved and <br />the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2.
