RESOLUTION NO. 6871-93 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />F. P. Allega Concrete Construction Corp. in the amount of $87,247.00 for the <br />Repair or Replacement of Curbs and Sidewalks. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6-93, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the Repair or Replacement of Curbs and Sidewalks, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommenued and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of F. P. Allega Concrete Construction Corp. in the amount of <br />$87,247.00 as the lowest and best bid; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,.STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract with F. P. <br />Allega Concrete Construction Corp. in the amount of $87,247.00 for the Repair <br />or Replacement of Curbs and Sidewalks. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
