PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6879-93 REFERRED <br />TO FINANCE COMMITTEE ON 10/4/93. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6879-95 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract wi~h <br />Seitz Builders in the amount of $179,390.00 for the Renovation of the Ancillary <br />Office Building. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 93-92, sealeo bids were received <br />by'the City of Lakewood for the Renovation of the Ancillary Office Building, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, five (5) bids were submitted ranging from $179,390.00 to <br />$231,028.00, all for less than the Engineer's estimate of $240,000.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of Seitz Builders in the amount of $179,390.00 as the lowest <br />and best bid; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIU, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract with Seitz <br />Builders in the amount of $179,390.00 for the Renovation of the Ancillary <br />Office Building. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
