W. Clark Co., Inc. in the amount of $158,551.00 for the construction of the <br />New Access Elevator at City Hall. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 93-9.2, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the construction of the New Access Elevator at City <br />Hall, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, four (4) bids were submitted ranging from $158,551.00 to <br />$2U4,400.UO, all for less than the Engineer's estimate, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of R. W. Clark Co., Inc. in the amount of $158,551.00 as the <br />lowest and best bid; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF.LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract with R. W. <br />Clark Co., Inc. in the amount of $158,551.00 for the construction of the New <br />Access Elevator at City Hall. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
