RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6894-93 <br /> <br />BY: Galiagher, George, <br /> Gibbons, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />Willham Roofing Company in the amount of $35,447.00 for the Rehabilitation of <br />the City Hall Auditorium Roof. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 93-92, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the Rehabilitation of the City Hall Auditorium <br />Roof, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, two (2) bids were submitted rangin§ from $35,447.00 <br />$46,760.0U, the low bid for less than the Engineer's estimate of $37,500.0U, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of Willham Roofi,n§ Company in the amount of $35,447.00 as the <br />lowest and best bid;, now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract with Willham <br />Roofing Co. in the amount of $35,447.00 for the Rehabilitation of the City Hall <br />Auditorium Roof. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and th~ll such deliberations <br />of this Council and any of its committees that r~ted~'n s eaCtion, <br />were in meetings open to the public in c~ :ments. <br /> <br /> Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
