Referred to Finance Committee 12/6/93. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6914-93 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Gallagher, George, <br />Gibbons, Roth, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION recommending that the City enter into a contract with <br />Terrace Construction Company in the amount of $26,675.0U for the installation <br />of the Underground Communications Conduit System. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6-93, sealed bids were received <br />by the City of Lakewood for the installation of the Communications Conduit <br />System, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, three (3) bids were submitted ranging from $26,675.00 to <br />$37,425.00, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Procurement Officer recommended and the Board of Control <br />approved the bid of Terrace Construction Company in the amount of $26,675.00, <br />as the loWest and best bid; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED' BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO, <br /> <br /> Section 1. Council approves the actions of the Board of Control and <br />recommends that the Director of Public Works enter into a contract with Terrace <br />Construction Company in the amount of $26,675.00 for the installation of the <br />Communications Conduit System.. <br /> <br />Section 2.
