Smith, as a member of <br />the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full <br />two-year term ending December 31, 1995. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO= <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, .Section 9.3, <br />Paragraph [J)(ii)(1) of the lease by and among the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, (Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association <br />(Lessee) executed by the City on March 16, 1987, Council herebF <br />appoints Pamela J. Smith, who is a member of the minorit~ <br />political party of Council, as a member of the Governing. Board of <br />Lakewood Hospital. Associatio~ fo= the full two-year term ending <br />December 31, 1995. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
