Gallagher was elected to the office of <br />Council for Ward 4 of the City of.Lakewood ~or the term.~mmenc~? <br />january 1, 1980 and served continuously in <br />Demeter 31, 1989 and was ele~ed to the offLce of Counclz <br />Large of the City of. Lakewood for the term. ~om~. eg?~n~ Jan~a__ry 1, <br />1990 and served contanuously in that capacany un=al uecemoer 3~, <br /> <br /> 1993, and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr'.
