RESOLUTION NO. 6946-94 <br /> <br /> BY: Boscia, Flannery, <br />George, Gibbons, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John Novatney for his public <br />service as a member of the Lakewood Board of Zoning Code Appeals. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Novatney, originally appionted by the <br />Mayor of Lakewood to the Board of Zoning Code Appeals to complete <br />an unexpired term, further agreed to serve a full five year term; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure as a member of the Board, <br />Mr. Novatney demonstrated his sincere interest in the preserva- <br />ration and future development of our community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting <br />service rendered by Mr. Novatney <br />recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> and proper that the public <br />be given public cognizance and <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That this Council and the Mayor hereby <br />extend to John Novatney its commendation, and that of all the <br />citizens of the Lakewood community for his valued and dedicated <br />public service as a member of the Lakewood Board of <br />Zoning Code Appeals and further, that this Mayor and Council wish <br />him continued success. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
