RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6968-94 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Flannery, George, Gibbons, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor for <br />and on behalf of the City of Lakewood to enter into a contract <br />with the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging to accept funds for <br />the City's programs covering Social/Supportive,' Nutrition and <br />Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Services, such contract <br />providing partial funding for supplemental programs under Title <br />III of the lg65 Older Americans Act, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is <br />administering a program of grants from the Federal Government <br />under Title III of the 1965 01der Americans Act whereby this City <br />may obtain .monies to provide Programs for persons 60 years of age <br />or older; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, for and on behalf of the <br />City of Lakewood, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contract with the Western Reserve Area Agency on <br />Aging, providing partial funding of the City's Program under <br />Title III of the 1965 Older Americans Act. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
