RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6987-94 BY: <br /> <br />Boscia, Flannery, George, <br />Gibbons, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint The Reverend Jerome Duke as a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association <br />for the full five-year term ending December 31, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.. .Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, <br />Paragraph (j)(ii)(2) of the Lease by and among the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio, (Lessor) and Lakewood Hospital Association <br />(Lessee) .executed by the City on March 16, 1987, Council hereby <br />appoints The Reverend Jerome Duke for the full five-year term <br />ending December 31, 1999. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
