RESOLUTION NO. 6991-94 <br /> <br />BY: Bo~, Flann~y, George, <br />Gibbon~, Roth, Seelle, S~th <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION commending for public service as <br />a member of the Lakewood Citizens Advisory Committee on Community <br />Development Block Grants. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, served as a member of the Lakewood <br />Citizens Advisory Committee for the Community Development Block Grant for the <br />Fiscal Year 1995 Block Grant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the tenure as a member of the Citizens Advisory <br />Committee, demonstrated sincere interest in the <br />preservation amd future development of our community and served actively on the <br />Committee, and such service contributed substantially to the public interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br /> _be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1~ That this Council and the Mayor extend to <br /> their appreciation and that of all citizens of this community <br />for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Lakewood Citizens <br />Advisory Committee, and wishes to express that appreciation by this public <br />recognition. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a personal certified copy of this Resolution to the members who <br />served on the Fiscal Year 1995 Lakewood Citizens Advisory Committee on <br />Community Development Block Grants, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of the meeting <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />CLE <br /> <br /> <br />
