RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7009-95 <br /> <br />BY: Bo$cia, Flannery, George, Gibbons, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Ruth Anne O'Leary for her <br />service as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ruth Anne O'Leary completed two years of <br />service of a former Commission me~ber and served five years of <br />her own six year term during which she served as Chairwoman in <br />1993, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the dedication by Ruth Anne O'Leary to the <br />City of Lakewood through her public service deserves public <br />cognizance and recognition. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this. Council and the Mayor extends <br />its .commendation to Ruth Anne O'Leary, on behalf of all the <br />citizens of Lakewood, for her dedicated service as a member of <br />the Lakewood Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council and Assistant <br />be and are hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified <br />copy of this Resolution to Ruth Anne O'Leary, 1517.
