'RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7051-95 BY: Flannery, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Snith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend John J. Hess for his service as a Patrol Officer in the <br />Division of Police for the City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective June 8, 1995, John J. Hess completed 28 years <br />of service as a Patrol Officer for the Division of Police; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Police, John J. Hess has been <br />recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee who rendered outstanding service to this Division; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the service rendered by John J. Hess be given <br />public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor, hereby extend to John J. Hess its <br />commendation, and that of all the citizens of the Lakewood Community for his 28 years of public service for <br />the City of Lakewood and further that this Council and the Mayor wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a copy of this Resolution to John J.
