Sicha as a member <br />of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section i. That the Council of the City of Lakewood <br />hereby appoints Richard J. Sicha as a member of the Lakewood <br />Heritage Advisory Board for a term to be determined by and in <br />accordance with the bylaws of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory <br />Board. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
