Smith, as a member of <br />the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital Association for the full two-year <br />term ending December 31, 1997. <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RE_SOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.3, Paragraph (j)(ii)(1) <br />of the lease by and among the City of Lakewood, Ohio, (Lessor) and <br />Lakewood Hospital Association (Lessee) executed by the City on March 16, <br />1987, Council hereby appoints Pamela J. Smith , who is a member of the <br />minority political party of Council, as a member of the Governing Board of <br />Lakewood Hospital Association for the full two-year term ending December <br />31,1997. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
