RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7116-96 BY: Boscia, Corrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION extending congratulations to Emily Freedman for her <br />outstanding athletic and personal achievements. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Emily Freedman, a member of the Winterhurst Figure <br />Skating Club and Junior at Lakewood High School, captured seventh place in the 1996 <br />U.S. Figure Skating Association's National Championships for the Junior Ladies Division, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, through her exceptional talent and determination, long hours <br />and hard work she has brought honor and recognition not only to the Winterhurst Figure <br />Sk~/ting Club and Lakewood High School but to our entire community; now, therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Mayor and Council extends to Emily Freedman its <br />congratulations and that of all of the citizens of this community for her seventh place finish <br />the Junior Ladies Division of the 1996 U.S. Figure Skating Association's National <br />Championships. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
