Brown for his public service as <br />a Commissioner with and President of the City of Lakewood's Civil Service Commission. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas Brown, was appoimed to the Civil Service <br />Commission on May 20, 1990 and served until May 20, 1996, and during his tenure with <br />the Commission Mk. Brown served as President of the Commission fi.om 1991 to 1995, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during this time Mr. Brown provided this Commission with <br />effective and capable leadership, unselfishly gave of his time and constantly used the skills <br />and expertise for which he is known to guide and assist the members of this Commission, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Thoroa <br />provided by law; now therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED <br /> <br />0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
