RESOLUTION NO. 7154~96 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Co'rrigan, Flannery, <br /> George, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION certifying the liquor permit application of Creative Cafes Inc., <br />d/b/a The Waterside Grill at 1500 Scenic Park Drive, City of Lakewood, Ohio 44107, is in <br />conformance with the City's economic development plan in order to obtain a new D-5f <br />permit. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4303.181(F3, each application for <br />a D-5f permit shall be accompanied by a certification from City Council that the issuance of <br />the D-5f permit is not inconsistent with the City of Lakewood's comprehensive development <br />plan or other economic development goals as officially established by City Council. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council determines that the issuance of the D-5f permit would not <br />be inconsistent with the City's economic development plan or goals, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Council hereby certifies that the issuance of a D-5f permit to <br />Creative Cafes, Inc. d/b/a The Waterside Grill, 1500 Scenic Park Drive, Lakewood, Ohio, <br />44107 is not inconsistent with the City's comprehensive development plan or other economic <br />development goals, in accordance with Section 4303.181(0 of the Revised Code of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
