RESOLUTION NO. 7Z24-97 <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, Corrigan, George, <br /> Roth, Seelie, Smith <br /> <br />Lakewood <br />Conce~s; <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the <br />Hometown Band to provide professional services for two Sunday Band <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood presents Sunday evening concerts in <br />the bandshell at Lakewood Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a proposal for two concerts from the <br />Lakewood Hometown Band; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of City Council is required for professional <br />service contracts in excess of $5,000.00 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />with the Lakewood Hometown Band in an amount not to exceed $7,662.00. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
