RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />7231-97 <br /> <br />Corrigan, <br /> <br />BY: Boscia, <br />Flannery, George, Roth, Seelie, <br /> Smith <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Dennis J. Tisza for his public service in the <br />Division of Police for the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon his retirement, effective August 31, 1996, Dennis Tisza <br />completed 29 years of public service in the Division of Police, working as a Patrol <br />Officer in the Patrol Division performing duties as a Warrant Officer;, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Division of Police, Dennis Tisza has <br />been recognized as a loyal and dedicated employee whO rendered outstanding service <br />not only to the Department of Public Safety, but to the entire community as well; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Dennis J. Tisza be given public cognizance and recognition; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor, hereby extend to Investigator <br />Dennis J. Tisza its appreciation and that of all of the citizens of this community for his <br />29 years of public service as a Police Officer in the Division of Police of the City of <br />Lakewood and further that this Council and Mayor wish him continued years of health, <br />happiness and prosperity in his retirement. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Dennis J.
